Meal Service – A Great service for people who are too busy to plan, shop, and cook for themselves or their families, or are just tired of eating out! (Spending way too much money!) The service is all inclusive - custom designed menus, complete grocery shopping, meal preparation, packaging, and cleanup! Packaged (and labeled) meals are stored in your fridge and/or freezer, complete with heating instructions. This service also works well for people on special diets. Check out some sample menus! The results: Besides having gourmet meals waiting for you and your family when dinner time comes, you will get the Gift Of Time – an extra 10 to 12 hours per week that are available to you for any purpose you like! This is the time you would have spent planning, shopping, cooking, and cleaning for your family’s dinner requirements. Interactive Dinner Parties – A really fun alternative for entertaining friends and family! The Chef will work with you to design a menu that everyone will enjoy. He brings all the ingredients and utensils. All your guests get copies of the recipes. And, under the Chef’s guidance, everyone gets involved in the preparation of the entire meal. And of course everyone gets to eat! There’s always plenty of food and lots of laughs! Formal Dinner Parties – If you prefer an elegant sit-down dinner party, this is the way to go! The Chef will confer with you to design the perfect menu. He brings all the ingredients and utensils and will prepare and serve the entire meal from your kitchen. To expedite your service, this sometimes requires at least one assistant (based on the number of guests). This can be a small dinner for two, or a large gathering, as long as you have the venue and kitchen to support the amount of food and space needed. Buffet-Style Dinner Parties - Perhaps you would prefer an informal gathering! Have a variety of entrees and accompaniments served to your guests buffet-style. This way, your guests can choose exactly what they would like! Again, the Chef brings all the utensils and ingredients, and usually requires at least one assistant. In-Home Cooking Classes – The Chef also does demonstration-style cooking classes. You and your guest will observe the Chef preparing the menu, while he demonstrates various cooking techniques and answers questions. Everyone will get to taste the various dishes. (This is not a full meal for each guest). Fund-Raising Functions - Belong to a church group, synagogue, or other group that periodically raises funds through different types of gatherings? How about a cooking demo? As long as there is a kitchen available, the chef will work with your planners to design a demonstration that will please! Gift Certificates - I offer gift certificates for all my services! These are for FULL services. I do not offer gift certificates for dollar amounts to be applied towards a service. These make great holiday gifts, thank you gifts, birthday gifts, anniversary gifts, business gifts, and even "I'm Sorry" gifts (why send flowers?) Team-Building Exercises - In the heat of the kitchen cooking brings people together...in more ways than one! Great for corporate groups or small businesses! Have your employees work together preparing a full dinner! Great for the popular "retreat" events that many companies utilize to build team spirit while doing some R&R. Kids Cooking Classes - Great for groups such as scouts, church groups, etc. Menu developed to match ages (typically 11 years and up). Kids have a great time and really enjoy the food that they make! Murder Mystery Dinners! - This is REALLY fun! A unique form of entertainment for your friends and family. Did you ever want to be a big-time actor? Well, here's your chance! A fun-filled event where a murder takes place and the guests are all suspects. As the party progresses, clues are presented and eventually the culprit is identified. This all takes place around a delicious meal prepared by Chef Ted. Various "plays" are available with different themes and varying menus. There you go! Pretty much anything to do with food!
